Pursuant to Article 5 of the Rulebook on the conditions, manner and procedure for granting financial assistance to sports clubs, sports associations, legal entities in the field of sports and citizens' associations (Official Gazette of the Municipality of Delchevo no. 2/2018), the Mayor of the Municipality of Delchevo announces
PUBLIC CALL
for awarding financial assistance to sports clubs, sports associations andlegal entities in the field of sports from the Municipality of Delchevo for 2020
In order to strengthen and improve the cooperation of the Municipality with sports organizations to contribute to the development of sports at the local level, the Municipality of Delchevo will allocate funds from the Municipal Budget for 2020 which are intended for financial assistance to sports clubs, sports associations and legal persons in the field of sports in accordance with the Rulebook on the conditions, manner and procedure for granting financial assistance to sports clubs, sports associations, legal entities in the field of sports and citizens' associations (Official Gazette of the Municipality of Delchevo no. 2/2018) and in accordance with the established criteria published in this call.
All sports clubs, sports associations, sports clubs within the primary and secondary schools and legal entities in the field of sports that are registered in the Municipality of Delchevo are invited to submit their applications within the stipulated deadline.
1. All sports clubs and sports associations that meet the following general conditions have the right to participate:
– To be registered in accordance with the law, ie to have a registration decision;
– To act on the territory of the Municipality of Delchevo.
Sports clubs within the primary schools and the secondary school on the territory of the Municipality of Delchevo have the right to participate;
Legal entities that will organize sports events on the territory of the Municipality of Delchevo, which contribute to the development of sports at the local level, have the right to participate.
2..Criteria that should be met by the entities that will apply for this call are:
– To encourage and promote the appropriate sport;
– To realize the established program for development of sports;
– To take care of the promotion of the professional work and the improvement of the professional staff;
– To take care of the promotion of young people and their greater involvement in sports clubs and associations;
– Not to organize and act politically and religiously.
3.Required documentation to be submitted Sports clubs and sports associations:
– current status from the Central Registry of RM not older than six months (copy or original);
– decision for sport activity, issued by the Agency for Youth and Sports (copy);
– annual work program in the current year;
– report on used funds from the Municipality of Delchevo for the previous year (if they used funds);
– list of sporting successes achieved in the last two years, supported by evidence;
– list of registered members of sports clubs and associations for the current competition year;
– official annual newsletter for participation in the national competition system in the last two competition years.
The legal entities in the field of sports that will apply the announcement call to organize sports events on the territory of the Municipality of Delchevo, the application must submit:
– current status from the Central Registry of RM not older than six months (copy or original);
– program and financial plan for realization of a sports event;
– report on used funds from the Municipality of Delchevo for the previous year (if they used funds).
4. The amount of financial assistance that can be received individually by the sports club, sports association and legal entities in the field of sports can be up to 300,000 denars.
5. The application deadline is 15 days, starting from January 20, 2020, and the deadline for submitting applications is February 3, 2020.
6. Manner of application and address to which applications should be submitted
- The application together with the documentation from item III is submitted to the archive of the Municipality of Delchevo, by mail or in electronic form.
- The applications and documentation are submitted with a closed envelope marked "Do not open" and a sign "for public call for financial assistance to sports clubs, sports associations and legal entities in the field of sports" to the archives of the Municipality of Delcevo or post office on Svetozar Markovic Street. No. 1, Delchevo.
- In electronic form, the applications and the documentation are sent to the official electronic address of the Municipality of Delchevo e-mail: info@delcevo.gov.mk with the indication “for a public call for granting financial assistance to Sports Clubs, sports associations and legal entities in the field of sports.
