Based on Article 20-d of the Law on Public Employees (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 27/14, 199/14, 27 / 16,35 / 18,198 / 18 and 143/2019), Article 11 of the Law on firefighting-Consolidated text (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 168/2017) and Article 22 of the Law on Labor Relations-Consolidated text (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 167/2015) and in accordance with the Rulebook on job systematization no. .08-563 / 1 31.03.2016, the Rulebook for amendment of the Rulebook for job systematization with archive number 08-389 / 2 from 01.03.2018, the Rulebook for amendments to the Rulebook for job systematization of the municipal administration with archive number 08-2110 / 1 from 06.12.2018 and the Rulebook for amendments to the Rulebook for systematization of jobs of the municipal administration in the Municipality of Delchevo with archive number 08-2098 / 1 from 11.11.2019 and the Rulebook for changes and amendments to the Rulebook for systematization of the jobs of the municipal administration in the Municipality of Delchevo with archive number 08-2252 / 1 from 21.11.2019, the Mayor of the Municipality of Delchevo announces:
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT NUMBER 1/2020 for permanent employment of 1 (one) other auxiliary technical persons in Territorial Firefighting Unit-TPPE Delchevo
The Municipality of Delchevo needs employment for an indefinite period of time of 1 (one) other auxiliary technical persons in the Territorial Firefighting Unit-TPPE for the following position:
1.a) - ordinal number 65.1, code-UPR0402B15000, title of the position - Firefighter, head of the fire service, number of executors 1 (one);
b) general conditions:
- - the candidate is a citizen of the Republic of Northern Macedonia;
- - to be an adult;
- - to have general health ability for the job;
- - with a final court decision not to have been sentenced with a ban on performing a profession, activity or duty and
- - to actively use the Macedonian language;
-general job competencies at basic level:
learning and development, communication, achieving results, working with others / teamwork and stakeholder orientation- (checking of general and specific job competencies will be performed in the interview phase);
c)special conditions
- -professional qualifications-IV degree technical education or high school education or electromechanic or auto mechanic;
- -driving license for B and C category;
- - work experience: with or without work experience in the profession registered in the Employment Agency of the Republic of Northern Macedonia as work experience;
-other special conditions:
-certificate for the acquired qualification firefighter, (the employee in the Territorial Firefighting Unit Delchevo has an obligation within one (1) year from the day of employment, to obtain a certificate for the acquired qualification firefighter, issued by an institution authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of RSM otherwise represents his employment).
d)work schedule
- daily working hours in two shifts from 07.00 to 19.00 and from 19.00 to 07.00, 40 hours-weekly working hours;
e) monetary amount of net salary: 15,990.00 denars.
f) warning: According to the Amendment of the Annual Employment Plan for 2020 of the Municipality of Delchevo, the employment is provided for a Macedonian.
3.a) The application for employment with the mandatory evidence for fulfillment of the conditions is submitted within 3 (three) working days from the day of publishing the public announcement in the daily press.

The application for employment should contain:
- -data of the candidate (name and surname, ID number, date and place of birth, address and place of residence, e-mail address of the candidate, contact telephone, community affiliation);
- -short motivation letter;

- - medical certificate as proof to have general health ability for the job;
- -certificate that with a final court verdict he / she has not been sentenced to a ban on performing a profession, activity or duty issued by the Basic Court;
- -certificate that no misdemeanor sanction of prohibition to perform profession, activity or duty has been pronounced, issued by the Central Register of RSM;
- -certificate for the acquired qualification of firefighter (the employee in the territorial firefighting unit is obliged within one year from the day of employment, to obtain a certificate for the acquired qualification of firefighter, issued by an institution authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of RSM, otherwise represents employment);
Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
b) a selection procedure will be conducted in the following phases:
- checking the authenticity of the evidence (checking the completeness of the application and evidence) and interview;
- The Mayor with a Decision establishes a Selection Commission, which within eight (8) days from the expiration of the deadline for submitting the announcement checks whether the candidates have submitted the mandatory evidence for fulfilling the conditions of the announcement.
The selection committee checks the authenticity of the evidence.
After checking the authenticity of the evidence, the day, hour and place where the interview will take place is scheduled via e-mail or contact phone number listed in the application.
The selection of candidates is done on the basis of clear and transparent criteria prescribed by the Mayor of the Municipality of Delchevo.
After the conducted selection procedure, a ranking list of candidates for the job is made from the public announcement who have successfully passed all stages of selection.
From the ranking list are selected as many candidates with community affiliation in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Employees.
The selection commission submits the ranking list of candidates to the Mayor, who makes the election within 15 (fifteen) days.
The employee in the Territorial Firefighting Unit is obliged within one (1) year from the day of employment, to obtain a certificate for the acquired qualification of firefighter, issued by an institution authorized by the Ministry of Education and Science of RSM, otherwise he is employed.
- The decision to choose will be adopted within the deadline in accordance with Article 23 of the Law on Labor Relations - Consolidated Text (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia No. 167/2015).
