PUBLIC COMPETITION
For election of director of the Public Local Library "ILINDEN" Delchevo
Се распишува јавен конкурс за избор на Директор на Јавната локална библиотека „Илинден“ Делчево со мандат од четири(4) години.
Заинтересираните кандидати треба да ги исполнуваат општите услови утврдени со Закон како и посебните услови предвидени во Стаутот на Јавната Локална Библиотека “ИЛИНДЕН“ Делчево со архивски број 02-20/5 од 06.03.2019 година и тоа:
General conditions
- To be a citizen of the Republic of Northern Macedonia;
- At the moment of the election, with a final court verdict, no sentence or misdemeanor sanction or prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty has been pronounced;
- To have obtained at least 240 credits according to ECTS or completed VII / 1 degree of higher education;
- To have a minimum of five years of work experience in the field of culture or five years of work experience in works or projects in the field of culture based on concluded work contracts;
Special conditions
Draft program for work and development of the library for a period of 4 (four) years;
- To have one of the following internationally recognized certificates or certificates for active knowledge of English not older than five years:
-TEOFEL IBT-at least 74 points;
- IELTS - at least 6 points;
-ILEC (Cambridge Englisha: Legal) -at least B2 (B2) level;
-FCE (Cambridge English: First) -passed;
-BULATS -at least 60 points;
-Knowledge of working with computer programs and office work;
General job competencies
- problem solving and decision making for matters within its competence;

Schedule of working hours
–Working days -Monday-Friday;
-Working hours per week-40 hours;

Salary
Основаната нето плата изнесува 55.767,00 денари.
Рокот за пријавување на заинтересираните кандидати е пет(5) работни дена сметано од денот на објавување на Јавниот Конкурс во дневните весници и веб страницата на Општина Делчево www.delcevo.gov.mk, bulletin board of the municipality and bulletin board of JLB "Ilinden" Delchevo;

-Motivational letter;
-Certificate of citizenship;
-Diploma or certificate for completed professional training;
-Medical Certificate for general health ability at the workplace issued by an appropriate health institution;
Confirmation from a competent body that no measure of prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty has been pronounced;
– Доказ дека имаат минимум пет години работен стаж во областа на културата или пет години работно искуство на работи или проекти во областа на културата врз основа на склучени договори за дело;
Proof of fulfillment of the conditions for knowledge of English;
Proof of knowledge of working with computers and office work;
-План и програма за работа на Јавната Локална Библиотека во наредните четири(4) години, имено 2024 година -2028 година;
-Statement for personal data protection;
