A donation of epidemic protection equipment from the friend of Delchevo, Dr. Milen Vrabevski, and the Foundation "Bulgarian Remembrance" from Sofia arrived in the Municipality of Delchevo today. The donation consists of 2500 protective masks, 100 pieces of spacesuits and 100 pairs of protective glasses, and it was distributed to the Municipality of Delchevo in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in Sofia, the Directorate for Protection and Rescue and the Red Cross.
In conditions of pandemic and the announcement of the serious crisis in the economy in the region, Dr. Milen Vrabevski and the Foundation with this act support RSM, especially the municipalities in the border area in the fight against the pandemic of covid-19, Continuation of the decade-long support of the region in the area of academic development, but also the care for the health of the citizens.
Mayor Trajkovski expressed great gratitude to Dr. Vrabevski and the Foundation for their selfless support and cooperation in many fields.
– In times of pandemic and crisis, the friend is known. For us, this donation is welcome and is an act of a friend who cares and gives support in the most difficult days we live. I express great gratitude to Dr. Vrabevski and the Foundation for the selfless support of the region and Delchevo and I believe that with true friends and good thought we can emerge victorious in the fight against the invisible enemy, said Trajkovski.
The donation will be distributed to the Health Center, the police, TPPE Delchevo, and masks will be distributed to the urban and local communities.
The Municipality of Strumica also received a donation from Dr. Milen Vrabevski.
